Hathaway Boosters Club is a non profit parent group working to support the students and families at our Title I school. With more than 40% of our students coming from low-income families, Hathaway relies on the boosters to help fund field trips, extra supply requests, field days, family engagement nights, and much more.
Boosters supports our students and school with fun and easy fundraisers throughout the school year.

Community Events
Our Family Engagement Events are a fun way to learn, play, and grow within our community. They also provide opportunities for easy fundraising. Thanks to donations and wonderful volunteers, many of our fun events are also great fundraisers. Bingo, Carnival, Pictures with Santa, and other nights are popular with our students and families while also supporting our fundraising goals.
Fundraising Events
Boosters organizes several events that make up a large portion of our fundraising goals. These events are open beyond our school community and often are accomplished thanks to generous donations and volunteers. Events like McTeacher Night, K&M Night, and the Fall Bazaar are all fun and effective fundraisers our students and families have enjoyed year after year.
Book Fair
Donations
Often, members of our community want to donate supplies to our teachers and their classrooms. While we are grateful for direct donation offers, they often do not meet the durability demands or specific requests from our teachers. Boosters has worked with school staff to create a wonderful wish list of items perfectly suited toward classroom use and to meet the needs of our students and school. Working together to fulfill this curated wish list is greatly appreciated. When the Boosters purchases items from the wish list we are able to take advantage of bulk and non-profit discounts, club memberships, and rewards points programs. Purchases from the list as well as donations to the Wish List Fund are equally welcome.
School Gear
Concessions
Boosters sets up concession tables at many of our events and fundraisers. Students and families alike enjoy having concessions available during events. Boosters appreciates any volunteers or donations to help this simple yet effective fundraiser support our community.
Boosters regularly works to facilitate both financial and physical donations to support our fundraising efforts. Families or organizations looking to donate to the school are welcome to reach out to our Board with their donation offers via email or to make one-time tax deductible donations directly to the Boosters Club.

Boosters works with a local supplier to provide quality Hathaway branded gear to our community at a great price. We want our students to feel proud of their school shirts and sweatshirts. Boosters makes minimal profit on school branded gear to keep our gear to be affordable for our families. This year, we will also offer a variety of additional clothing options and other branded gear available for order throughout the year.
Boosters organizes 3 book fairs each year. Our Spring and Fall book fairs raise a substantial amount of money that is used to purchase books and supplies for our library and classrooms. Our student’s love book fair weeks! Our last book fair of the year is always a Buy One, Get One 50% Off Sale. This fair doesn’t earn rewards for the school, however students and teachers are able to stock up on books at an amazing price just before summer break.
